History of GDL Painting Inc.
I am a 5th generation painter/church decorator. My Grandfather- Darrell Riehle- previous owner & operator of Riehle Decorating, taught me how to paint. He taught me the correct way to paint to ensure that it looks amazing while still making sure the project will last. I started painting with my Grandfather and brother at a very young age of about 11 or 12 years old. I would not be able to complete the projects that I am able to do now without the help of my Grandfather.
Hi, my name is Gabriel Darrell Lewis and I am the owner/operator of GDL Painting Inc. I have been painting for close to a decade now. My parents gave me my middle name Darrell after my grandfather and my first ever painting mentor to me. Since teaching me to paint for many years I have been able to use those skills to complete all types of painting projects. I am able to paint interiors, exteriors, churches, commercial, interior staining, exterior staining, decks, fences, and anything else you would want painted or stained.
The start of GDL Painting Inc.
GDL Painting Inc. started in the summer of 2021. I have been painting with my grandfather and brother for almost a decade, I had recently moved to the Des Moines Metro area. I decided to follow my passion and start my own painting company.
